At Our wedding cake prices are below. These are all-inclusive prices with no extra charge for additional flavors, fillings or standard designs. Maribelle Cakery will never add-on charges if you want a four-layer cake with four different flavors and four different fillings. We do not add on charges to make design changes that will customize the cake to match your gown or wedding theme (see flowers note below). We don’t charge extra for additional colors. In addition, we provide delivery and set-up within the I-275 loop (including the Manor House) for only $40.00. Maribelle requires a non-refundable $50.00 deposit to reserve your wedding date. REMEMBER — these prices are all inclusive for our round cakes. We don’t add-on for extra flavors in each cake or different fillings or extra colors. If you want four layers with four different flavors, there is no extra charge. You can usually determine the final cost of your cake from the above chart. This allows you to budget accurately for your wedding. Stainless steel or silver letters and non-cake items like rhinestones and gum-paste flowers are extra, but we don't add on hidden charges at your appointment for our standard cake designs done with buttercream icing!

SQUARE CAKES are priced slightly higher because a square cake yields about 20% more servings than a round cake of the same width. Square cakes also pose more difficult structural and design challenges.

Ask your florist to leave some of your wedding theme flowers at the reception hall and we will decorate your cake and cake table with them for no extra charge. We did the floral displays seen on most of the cakes on this website.

Important Note About Delivery
Delivery charges are not included in cake charges. Because we deliver to over 300 locations in the Greater Cincinnati area we have to base delivery charges on time and distance. We currently have three delivery vans and three decorators who can deliver cakes. This means we are limited to delivering about eight cakes per weekend, depending on the distance.

Deliveries inside of I-275 and to Manor House and Receptions East and Receptions South are always only $40.00. Deliveries to Hamilton, Oxford, Lake Lyndsay and similar distances (when we can do them) are always $125.00.

Call us about deliveries for Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas week (December 24th through 31st), and New Year’s (January 1st). There may be an extra delivery charge for these holidays.

Cakes of 121 servings or less are small enough to be picked up. We cannot offer delivery for cakes this small during our busy season. However, we provide sturdy boxes and assembly instructions. We also offer a 2-minute course in cake assembly for whomever picks up the cake. Delivery of 121 serving cakes can sometimes be arranged, depending on the day and time of year. Most of our customers book 6 to 18 months in advance! We usually get booked up for all the popular weekends a year in advance, so please call now to see if your date is still available. 513.631.8333.

AVAILABILITY UPDATE!
We are booking up fast! There are still a few openings left for weekends in May, June, September and October, but you need to call now to see if your date is still available. Labor Day weekend is nearly gone. We cannot reserve your date without a $50.00 deposit. Many of our customers who know us by reputation have simply sent in the deposit to secure their date and made the appointment for the cake design later.
